Billing questions
- What can I use today?
- The expiry checker: paste or open your supplier tracker and see what has expired and what expires in the next 60 days. It's free and needs no account. Saving your list, upload links and reminders are coming next.
- How will billing work?
- Pro will be billed monthly or yearly in rand, by card, with a tax invoice from Tov Digital (Pty) Ltd for every payment. Companies that need to pay by EFT can ask us.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then moves to Free. Nothing is deleted; you just can't track more than 10 suppliers until you upgrade again.
- Do you give refunds?
- We don't give partial refunds for unused time unless the law requires it. If something is broken and we can't fix it, email us and we'll sort it out.
- What about Team?
- Team is coming soon. It covers up to 500 suppliers and five users on one account, at a flat price.
